I have a skyconnect/ZBT configured with a thread border router set to preferred and "used for Android + iOS credentials"

I have been trying to get my Ultraloq Matter lock to connect without any luck. It either says connect not connect, or I need a thread border router.

Has anyone had any luck, or did I buy the wrong thing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
