I'm running Matter over Thread through a usb connected SLZB-06M, I have a number of Matter devices connected and working without issue running on . When I try to add an Eve Motion (using the latest firmware, 3.2.1) it gets past "Connecting..." after a few seconds then hangs on "Setting Up..." until it gives the message "Unable to Add Accessory" stating "Home couldn't connect to this accessory." If I try to add it directly to my Homekit thread network it works instantly with no issue. Is there a weird compatibility issue here? Anyone know what the problem might be?

The issue may be with adding any matter/thread device, having the same issue with a Nanoleaf bulb. Matter/Thread network is working just fine (it's been ~6 months since I last added a device,) I just apparently can't add any devices. At least it gives me another avenue to track.
After spending way too much time on this I've just decided to use Homekit as my matter network and import devices to HA from there. Between this and a number of other issues HA seems like it's still not ready to handle Matter/Thread reliably and the overall experience is just way too frustrating.
For anyone with this issue, here's my solution. I change my HA Matter/Thread network to be part of my Apple Home one, add a device through Apple Home, then add it to HA through the "Yes. It's already in use." option instead of "No. It's new." Then removed it from Apple Home.
