I added my phone (Samsung Note 10) to the HA system via companion app and initially had a few sensors from the phone show on a dashboard. Namely, charger type, last reboot, lux, and android version. They seemed to work well.
My goal was to have a place to go to get some additional hints about where I may have left my phone while in the house (on the charger? has it fallen into a dark place like a chair cusion)?
I did the same for my wife's phone (Samsung S10).
My wife's S10 never stops showing these four data entities in the dashboard, but mine regularly change to "Entity not found". We have the same app version, same Android version, but the only difference in configuration is mine has administrative access to HA. Both phones are connected to our wifi network and have charges higher than 90% when this happens.
Any ideas why the second, non-admin phone would be fine all the time, but mine goes AWOL? I also report our battery levels, but both display this info reliably.
I also recently noticed that if I start the app on my phone my location will go to unknown before returning to home in quick succession.
