I integrated my phone with HA several weeks before my wife's phone. We both have Samsung phones with the same OS. I am an administrator for HA and she is not.
For reasons I don't understand, her phone consistently reports her last reboot, lux detection, and android version while mine indicates "Entity not found" for these three. Both phones are in the house, good wifi, mostly charged
Does anyone have an idea of why mine, which was the original phone would have a problem reporting this data.

you can manage sensors in the companion app settings on the phone. if they are different models then they may have slightly different stuff available.
if still having issues you might be better off moving to #1284965926336335993 though

Thanks. I'll see what thye know on companion-apps. The sensors do work on both phones, it's just that they come and go on mine leaving behind "Entity not found", but my wife's phone shows the reboot, lux, and android version consistently (we have same Android version). I've never seen her entities go to not found while mine is gone about 30% of the time and comes back later. Ironically, I also have the charger type listed for both of ours, and that is always visible on mine when the other sensors are not found.
