I want to be able to toggle whether given entities have a specific label on them. Is this possible?

Yes it's possible with the Spook integration

To clarify, you're referring to the Spook integration from HACS, correct? I hadn't heard of it before.

I installed it from HACS, but then actually trying to set up the integration results in an error. "Config flow could not be loaded: Unknown error"
