I have an old thermostat(honeywell t8002) that can only be programed 5 days and a weekend and I was planning on replacing with only zigbee but it seems my options are limited and its not even compatible with my current wiring/furnaces so i decided to open it up recommendations with Wi-Fi(even tho I had a very bad experience with it and still feel off about it but i dont give a fuck at this point). budget is still 150 cad before tax. Amazon, homedepot or anywhere that is available in the Toronto area. Preferably not used because I do not want to touch it or replacement for a while and not go through a cloud/internet and must run local network. Current thermostat wiring diagram.

If you are able to use Matter, Honeywell's first Matter thermostat, the X2S, just came out and it's only $80 USD. It's nothing special. It doesn't have a colorful display with animations. It's a generic display.
