Is it possible to completely reset my Matter server? I have made significant errors while installing several devices, resulting in multiple entities for the same device. I have attempted to remove them and the integration, but each time I re-add the Matter integration, the previous devices are automatically included without an opt-in option. I would like to entirely reset and remove any Matter integration to start anew. Unfortunately, I do not have any backups. How can I completely restart the Matter integration?

I guess it should work, if you remove the Matter integration and uninstall the Matter server add-on as well.

It appears that the previous devices are still cached somewhere, even after their removal from the devices and integrations. However, I do not see them anywhere within the folder structure.
