I'm a bit at loss here, ive installed these multiple times but this time seems different, Im ablt to go through the process of connecting the device but whenever comes the times to create a zigbee network i get these errors:

followed by the message ive attached here. no idea what the nvram is in that situation. is something corrupted?
any ideas ?
