I installed the ZBT-1 (Iam using the Home Assistant Yellow), as you can see the Thread Border Router setup was successful and when I try to add an device it even finds the device (picture after searching the matter device changed to the right one). And then I get the error message "Your Device needs an Thread-Border-Router - Connect your Border-Router and try again".

I tried to reset the device (Aqara Matter Door Sensor) again, I deleted and newly installed the ZBT-1... I tried to lay my device directly next to the ZBT-1. Iam using the USB extension for the ZBT-1 to reduce interference.... The error message doesnt make sense to me, since the Border Router seems to be running fine.

And btw: The device was working before, when I had a different Border Router (from Nest WiFi Router). But had to exchange it, so I bought the ZBT-1.

Have you added the Thread credentials to your phone?

Ah, thanks... Since the stick is a product of Nabu Casa itself and there was no manual in the package, I thought HA would lead me through the whole process... 😅

But its still not working, even when the Thread integration shows what the manual says.

"Send Credentials to Home Assistant" (on Android Phone) leads to an error "You have no credentials to import.".

I also tried to activate "Used for Android + iOS credentials".

In the dotsvertical menu should be an option to use this border router for the Android and iOS credentials. You should be able to import them to the Companion App when it is set.

Searched through the forum, only found that some had the same problem when not having IPv6 activated, but mine is on "auto".

Is the border router add-on running?

I would try a full reboot of the host. If that doesn't work, the people in #1284966617670881350 with the "Matter" tag might know more.
