Yesterday my cloud was working great away from home via the web link in my nabu casa account page, today it just constantly tries to connect, my home assistant green is showing as connected in the nobu casa page also

I have two separate home assistant instances and I cannot seem to access either of them via the nabu.casa domain. I wonder if something is going on.
