This is the errors on a bunch of sliders that seems to crash and freeze everything. It’s been very hard to access anything. Anyone seen this and know how to fix?

I'd probably start with trying safe mode.

Well yes that's expected. I was trying to establish if your issue is in core or in a custom card.

getting rid of the sliders seemed to do it
