I heard i can just mount it in side of my breaker panel.

Anyone know if all the CT's work regardless if both hots are wired?

The 3EM has 3 separate inputs for the phases (hots). As long as the phase that is connected to that terminal matches the one with the CT it will work.

Since theres a CT for neutral, I figured that maybe all the CTs might work without all the voltage inputs connected

No, and in reality, the clamp on the N is pretty useless.

It can only give you a current but no info about power or energy
