I was using remote access via Cloudflare and I'm moving to HA Cloud to support the project.
But I can't make it to work reliably.
In my HA Instance, the HA Cloud account shows as connected and I can logout and login normally.
But in the https://account.nabucasa.com/ the Remote Access section shows the message:
Your instance is not connected to Home Assistant Cloud
Remote address: Not available
I tried to reboot the system already.
Network Settings seems ok.
My HA instance has full internet access. No firewall or proxy in front of it.
Is there any log, trace or test to troubleshoot it?
I appreciate any guidance.
