from your HA instance? you can log in at the website, right?
First thing to try, no matter what the issue is, is a reboot of your system (not a restart of HA). This is found in the advanced options of your HA restart menu
have you tried a repair? ha su repair in the ssh terminal

After the repair is complete (assuming there are no errors) then you can also rebuild the HA container using ha core rebuild
there's no data stored by cloud
what do you see in ha logs
the service does not duplicate your instance in the cloud. it provides a URL to reach your own server, where all the data is.
