NFS Network storage for backup storage not working

Hi all, anyone know or can find requirements for NFS as a storage target for home assistant on HAOS? I have a NAS that is set up with NFSv3 (no auth, not network locked down yet) that HA fails to connect to, complaining that it is unable to unmount TrueNAS. which i'm confused as we are trying to add storage.

I have confirmed the share works on other platforms and computers, and changed the share name in case it's conflicting with something, and still the same. Screenshot attached. The NFS settings on my NAS are pretty vanilla, nothing out of the ordinary at all so I am unlikely to believe that the issue is there but hey, what would I know 😄
