I have Home Assistant Green. It is using Home Assistant Core and Supervisor. Is there guide on how to migrate to the new Home Assistant OS?

In simple terms Core is HA itself, Supervised is the manager and HAOS is the OS they all run on.
Basically all installation methods include core so seeing a core update available does not mean you run the core installation method.
The core installation method cannot even update itself like that.
