When i called for jarvis now, it activated speaker, but no "zhing" for "waiting for voice command", tried again, then i heard the zhing, but no light from the box.
When i press the button, it only lights up blue when button is held, but no lights afterwards.

Oh, found the reason. As i were testing using LLM hosted on my main pc shared over lan to the server, i forgot to click on assistant, select home assistant as conversation agent, and update 🤦♂️
Sadly i somehow broke ollama on windows, and home assistant was unable to connect to it again, so i stopped using the llm for now lol. (intel arc in the server, so can't use official ollama yet, and ollama ipex is broken on it's end atm)
So, this is now more a feature request for HA.
If conversation agent isn't available, fallback to home assistant and update automatically :P

you could do this with automation if you set up 2 different pipelines. you can detect llm offline and switch to basic pipeline
