Trigger automation when either (TV turns on after 10pm) or (it's 10pm and the TV is already on)?

I can't figure out the easiest way to combine these two situations, since if I trigger on TV.on and check the time as a condition, I'd need a second separate automation to handle the opposite scenario of triggering at 10pm then checking if the TV is on

Is there a simple way to trigger this with "Whenever one of these becomes true and the other is already true", or do I need two automations?

If you just include both triggers and both conditions, wouldn't that work? One of the conditions is always guaranteed to be true anyway
