Dropdown Color - YAML Theme

Hello, I have edited the Google Dark theme available on HACS to suit my liking, but there is one thing that bothers me. Compared to the default theme of HA, all the dropdowns are white, which breaks the dynamic of my theme. How can I make them some color that I specify? I tried different yaml lines, none of which work.

If you're making a dark theme you should define it as modes: dark so that it inherits from the default dark theme instead of the default light theme.
