I need help. I am not sure how long this has been happening, it might be a recent update or it might be after I re-added a failing device.

I cannot add or remove devices. My HUSBZB-1 USB Controller and my Upstairs Bathroom Fan behave like they are unavailable. I have can't see any controls for the USB Controller anymore. The fan switch controls are greyed out. I suspect that removing my Upstairs Bathroom Fan switch might help but I have no idea how to do that.

When I look in the logs I get errors similar to the attached log file. I also get a lot of log messages about various duplicate devices.

You will probably need to create an issue. The stack trace shows code for new functionality added in 2025.5. https://github.com/home-assistant/core/issues

Is there a way to remove duplicate devices when the Z-Wave JS integration fails to set up? Z-Wave JS Configuration is unavailable.

Probably need to create an issue to get that answer, it's clearly a bug. Someone else in the community forums restored their HA from a backup to get around it.
