Piper gets stuck sometimes

Hi, I am using Faster Whisper and Piper with a Home Assistant PE.
Using the exact same command, sometimes the Text-to-speech does not say anything and the ring keeps spinning. But it did the action it was supposed to do.
The only thing I can do at that point is unplug the device.
Does anybody know the reason for this?

what does the trace of the voice pipeline look like?
on the VA settings page you hit the 3 dots on your pipeline and press debug.

you should see something like this for example

if you press "play audio" does it play on the app/browser okay?

A few hours ago yes, now I get an error for all of them so I said the command again and it got stuck again but play audio works for the last one

just to rule out some stuff, have you tried using a difference voice model?

No but since the last reboot of the HA PE about 10 min ago it worked 15+ times in a row, which is strange because before I could get max 3 in a row but that's usually spread over a longer period of time.
Once it gets stuck again I'll try a different voice model
