#RFE - Improve UI Feedback for Slow or Unstable Connections in the Home Assistant Android App

Issue:
When using the Home Assistant Android app on a slow or unreliable internet connection, the UI can misleadingly display empty pages (e.g., "You don't have any blueprints") before data has actually loaded from the server. This creates confusion and concern for the user, as it appears that content is missing or has been lost.

A recent example occurred while commuting on a train with intermittent connectivity. Upon navigating to various sections of the app, multiple pages showed messages indicating that no content existed (e.g., no automations, no integrations, etc.). However, after waiting 20–30 seconds, the expected content eventually loaded, suggesting the initial empty state was due to delayed data retrieval rather than an actual lack of content.

Suggested Improvement:
Instead of defaulting to empty state messages immediately, the app should display a clear "Loading…" or similar indicator while waiting for a response from the server. Only once a response confirms there is no data should the empty state message be shown. This change would significantly improve user experience and reduce confusion, especially when Home Assistant is being accessed over unstable or high-latency networks.

Granted, I don't know if this is an android app issue, or if it happens on iOS too, or even if it's server side. either way, I'm sure someone can advise.
