Energy Dashboard - Electricity grid consumption and Sonoff smart plug S60ZBTPF.

I recently purchased a new Sonoff smart plug (model S60ZBTPF) and would like to integrate it into my Energy Consumption dashboard. However, unlike my other smart plugs, this one provides three separate energy entities: energy_today, energy_yesterday, and energy_month (see attached screenshot). It does not include a total accumulated energy consumption value.

My question is: Which entity should I use - today or month?

Also, if the plug resets the energy value daily or monthly, will that affect how the Energy dashboard processes and displays the data?

It should work the same regardless of which one you choose.

Energy dashboard knows how to handle resets, assuming the entity is well behaved and has the right state_class, etc.

(well it's actually recorder/statistics that handles it)
