Time Since Last Rainfall?

Is there an integration that will provide a sensor to tell when the last time it rained was?

I have the default weather integration and PirateWeather but those don't seem to provide historical data like this

you could maybe template a binary sensor helper for "is raining" that depends on the weather integration to know if its raining or not. then you could use the history of that binary sensor for that data?

Ah just found how to enable sensors for Pirate Weather!

Would you happen to know if I would need "Current Day Liquid Accumulation" or "Precipitation"?

Or "Precipitation Accumulation" or "Liquid Accumulation"

Not really sure what the different between "liquid" and "precipitation" is, unless precipitation includes snow/hail

precipAccumulation

Only on hourly and daily. The total amount of precipitation expected to fall over an hour or a day expressed in centimetres or inches depending on the requested units. For day 0, this is the precipitation during the remaining hours of the day. A 1:10 snowfall ratio is used and already factored into this parameter: * 5 cm (50 mm) of snow is forecasted for an hour, precipAccumulation, in cm, will return 5. * 5 mm of rain is forecasted for an hour, precipAccumulation, in cm, will return 0.5. * 5 mm of rain and 5 cm of snow is forecasted for an hour, precipAccumulation, in cm, will return 5.5. This illustrates the value of using the liquidAccumulation, snowAccumulation, and iceAccumulation parameters instead of precipAccumulation.
