Leviton switches with voice assistant PE

I replaced two switches in a dual gang box in a bedroom. One controlled the lights, the other the fan (no dimmers, just on/off). Set them up through Leviton and enable matter. Added both to HA without issue. I can control them individually from their respective device panels, however when using the voice assistant saying "Turn on the light" will turn on both the light and fan. Likewise, "Turn off the light" will turn both the light and fan off. However "Turn on/off the fan" will only control the fan. I suspect its because both entities have the light tag as seen here below.
How do I make the VA properly control each switch individually?

that's awkward that Leviton doesn't have an option to change the switch type.

so when you ask for light its hitting keyword and switching both light entities.
when you ask for fan, its finding no fan entity so looks at name and find the one called fan

try putting the fan into a different "area" so when the keyword is hit in the area it only finds the 1 light.

you could then if you need to template a fan entity that's in the correct area that pulls its status from the fan/light light entity

Thanks, that did it. Little un-intuitive, but all is working as expected now.
