Bluetooth can’t find devices home assistant green

can someone help my with my Bluetooth dongle ?
I have home assistant green - and I bought one of the supported dongles , and I can’t find devices through it .

It says :
“No unconfigured Bluetooth adapters found”

Using an extension able between the dongle and the box sometimes helps.
Make sure you have rebooted the green after you installed the dongle at least once so everything can be discovered properly.
