How can I make the cards in this view the only items visible in fullscreen and have the content stretched to fill the screen (whatever the resolution of the display is)?
BONUS: remove sidebar and view names as well.

To get rid of the sidebar and header, check out Kiosk Mode. Browser Mod can do it too. It can do some other stuff but the setup is a bit different than Kiosk Mode. KM is my preferred method for dealing with the sidebar and header; BM for other stuff. .
For the layout, take a look at the custom:layout_card. Using this card, you can set the View to One Card Panel Mode and set it to a layout-card. I forget the specifics for the exact settings. (I can play with it later.)
Try working with these suggestions to start. You may need some card-mod to make adjustments to the individual graph cards, but we can look at that part next.
