#My Zigbee Tuya blinds control stops communicating with HA

It's worked great until a week ago when it stopped responding to HA automations. The physical buttons still open/close the blinds, but nothing send over zigbee. When I try to "reconfigure device" then everything reports except TuyaManufacturerWindowCover. Re-adding the device causes it to work again for minutes or hours, but then it stops again. Resetting the device to factory settings and re-adding it caused it to work for a few days, but now it's back to not responding.

One other thing is that it only forms one connection on the zigbee network and it's not with the zigbee repeater (which is within line of sight), but instead with an IR blaster on the second floor. Even when I readd the device right next to the router, it choses the IR blaster. Dunno what's up with that.

Any ideas about how to diagnose or fix this issue?

Also, I have two of these devices. They are the same model. The other one is working just fine, and connects via a nearby zigbee socket device.
