Voice PE strange behavior

I have a couple of Voice PE's for some months. All worked well until a couple of days. One of them seems to have Wifi issues and the reaction time is much slower than the other ones Annoucnments are played sometimes minutes after all others and so on.
Often it does not play any audio, but the voice pipelines show that it is there and it simply didn't play the sound.
In the log it also mention that it shutdown (also unavailable), but all other PE's does not have this log entry.
Is there a way to check what is broken or should I directly request a replace unit.

I suggest deleting the device from home assistant then plugging it into desktop and reinstalling its firmware as exaplained here using this tool

then set it up fresh and set it to use your pipeline. then see if you continue to have issues.
