Two of our photos are Samsung S9 and they don't relaliably change volume or DND status if they're locked. They seem to process the command as soon as it's unlocked.
I've not noticed this being an issue on my Pixel 6, but it could be.
Are there any tricks like ttl: 0 for tts to get it to process faster? (I did try that, but it didn't seem to make a difference).
