I am using a google pixel watch (gen1). I have a lot of entities on my HA and its probably more than the watch can handle. When i open the app on the watch it sits at loading. So i setup favorites via the companion apps and only show my favorites. Those do show up on the watch and are useable, but when i try to setup a shortcut tile, my favorites list appears empty and I cannot select any entities. Is there any other way to limit what entities are sync'd to the watch. Any help would be appreciated.

That's a known issue, the workaround is to turn off the setting and configure the tile and turn it back on
