A soundbar under $200 with Dolby atmos is already a struggle, not sure you’ll find one with WiFi/Ethernet
There was a point in time a couple of years ago where lots of soundbars started getting WiFi, but seems like they’ve backed off a little bit and are just putting Bluetooth and regular inputs on them now.

Been eyeing Vizio sv510m-0806. Says it's app controlled, but wondering if that's over BT. It says nothing about WiFi.

All of the modern Vizio soundbars even the high end ones don’t have internet. Older models did, but in my experience it was very finicky and didn’t really work. (I own a 2019 model with Ethernet/WiFi- I have it off)
