#Zigbee battery inaccuracy?

I have a Hue dimmer switch that constantly reports the battery levels are very low, but I'm unsure this is accurate. See attached image - the battery levels wildly fluctuate.

basically any device that doesnt come with an extensive battery management will give you near useless details about a guessed state of charge

Yeah, I have a cheap zigbee temperature sensor with LCD display that when I first hooked it up, was reporting 127% battery. 🤣

It uses 3 AAA batteries.
