Cannot enroll Voice Preview Edition

Hello! I have a Voice Preview Edition that I am unable to enroll into HAOS. I previously enrolled it but wasn't ready to setup the Assist so I have since reset the device itself. It shows up as discovered via BLE, but it seems as if HA thinks it knows its IP address - which was assigned previously when I originally connected it to wifi - but I need to send it new wifi details since the device has been reset (Voice PE is not currently on wifi, but HA thinks it is...I think).

did you also remove the existing device from the esphome integration?

I found it in ESPhome devices, removed it, and it still stays "Failed to connect". Here are the new log messages:

Any hints here? I cannot determine why I cannot enroll the Voice PE.

Not really. How close is the VPE to HA? What is the BT adapter?

BT proxy is an ESP32-POE-ISO-EA running ESPHome. I have restored the firmware directly onto Voice PE using this page: https://esphome.github.io/home-assistant-voice-pe/

Could I try flashing with ESPHome with a config that has my wifi SSID and Password built in?

Is this where'd I'd start? What would I need to change in the wifi section starting at line 68?
