Its a new minipc. Went with dell op 5080, i5 10500T
I also got the google coral dual edge m2. Will use 1/2 tpu before my adaptor arrives. But will like help on that while I wait.
Any tips or tricks for my setup will also be appreciated

Can't speak for Frigate, but https://www.home-assistant.io/installation/ is going to be the most accurate for installing HA. If you're installing on a Dell Optiplex, https://www.home-assistant.io/installation/generic-x86-64.
That has instructions for installing HA OS or just installing Home Assistant as a docker container on the host. HA OS typically simplifies the setup quite a bit, but doing it with Docker gives you more control over the system and the ability to run other things on the host.
I personally have a Dell Optiplex Micro running Proxmox, with a VM running HA OS.

1.Why did you pick running Proxmox?
2.How many cameras are you running?
3.What are you using for object detection in your proxmox setup?since the normal stock dvr is shit(well in my case), It picks up shadows,trees and my dogs as human. 100% False rate.
