matter setup failing

hi, trying to make matter work again.

when I try to add a device all I see is this but proceeding through this dialog just tells me matter was successfully reconfigured and puts me back at the device page.

Do you have the matter server running and configured?

only took 5 hours of resetting and poking things but eventually I got it

the way thread credentials are handled on android is so crappy
