Perhaps timing, but after updating to 15.1 i started getting "failed to perform SSL handshake" and when checking HA settings it looks like RA is hung on the setup process? I'm running 15.2 now and I've rebooted the host a couple times since the update, nothing seems to clear the "Remote access is being prepared. We will notify you when it's ready." status

i think the status "Remote access is being prepared. We will notify you when it's ready." is on the NC side. give it some time

ah that's odd, you can open a ticket HERE and support there may be more helpful as they will be able to check your account etc...
