Hello, first off thanks for your help.

I am brand new to Home Assistant and a beginner user.

I have managed to integrate the Chromecast devices - they added without prompting however I have not been able to add any of the cameras and show the feed on my dashboard. I went through a lengthy and complicated process to attempt to do it which included using google cloud (and paying 5 bucks to get it up) but I get an error stating that access is blocked because google doesn't trust Home-assistant.io . I am completely day 1 out of the box brand new to HA and have never done any coding. Can anyone help?

The Nest set up is very particular... you need to follow the instructions carefully. I believe you'll get a prompt like that if you fill out too many details beyond what's described that end up requiring verification on Google's end.

#

Particularly on the content screen configuration

#

It calls out Omit unnecessary information (e.g. logo) to avoid additional review by Google. as well

#

Also double check that you added your user to the "Test Users"

Genuinely this is a little bit above my station on what you have written but this is what I have

#

That is my project that is showing.

I have a Project Number and a Project ID written beneath them

#

I have generated a client ID and a Client Secret 2 other numbers @small ingot

#

These are my APIs and Services I have

#

I believe I only added the Smart Device management and the others are default?

#

These are the credential details (client ID removed for security of posting on here)

#

When I go to HA I do the following

#

Add Integration -

#

Google ---> Google Nest

#

It then asks for this

#

It then asks for my google account. I use the same one that I use for google home

#

I then get that. I'm quite stuck
