TP-Link tapo vacuum controls unavailable but everything else works | Home Assistant | Page 1

Just noticed that on my TP-Link rv20 mop plus the controls entity is unavailable, I tried removing and readding, restarting home assistant but nothing can get it to show up. All other entities for the device work so it's not an issue with the devices connection to home assistant. Anyone else having this issue and know a fix?

Weirdly enough my other tp link vacuum works fine so idk if it would be an issue with the integration itself

do you have a way to see the firmware version on the device? see if the working/non-working are the same?

Been dealing with it not being able to dock for the past half hour so maybe the device itself is bugging lol

yeah, i feel its more likely to be a device issue than an integration issue

is the room its in further away from wifi source? perhaps someone nearby changed something and its struggling for signal?

Factory resetting it fixed it but I'm still curious what would cause one part of the device to not show up but the other parts are fine
