I was just trying to add a shortcut tile to my watch, but my list of entities is so long, it doesn't even load on the watch, and there's seemingly no way to edit the shortcuts in the phone app.
Even then, the entity list in the phone app settings (for selecting favourites, control panel entities, etc) is just the entire list of entities (well past 1000 in my case) sorted alphabetically by friendly_name, with no way to filter or search it!
I've basically given up on using those features because of this, as it's entirely unworkable.
(I've only mentioned Android, as I don't have any iOS devices, and don't know if it's the same there, but I suspect it is)
