#reliable 230V relay, what to look out for?

Hi everyone,
I went to get an "Olimex-EVB-IND" to switch some relays and connect via Ethernet, but it seems to have some problems with the NIC crashing, when I switch the relay.
I also tried a "LILYGO TTGO T-Relay 4ch", but it sadly doesn't have an ethernet NIC.
So I thought: Maybe I can hook a "LILYGO TTGO T-Internet-POE" up with some separate relays.
There are plenty on amazon or alibaba, but how can I detect the good, sturdy and reliable ones, that will not catch fire or stop working after a year or two?
