Since a few Updates its possible to Set Timers using "Voice Assistant PE" but when you trigger e.g " Turn on Floor Light for 30 Min." There will be only Set a Timer in VA PE for 30min but the light itself will stay in after the Timer finished and only a Timer finished Sound ist played

There's inbuilt possibility to say "In 30 minutes, turn Floor Light off".
Since timers on PE are device-local, the timer knows nothing about your entities.
You probably could do it with custom intent script, but it's pretty sophisticated functionality to tackle.

Thats what i mean, it would be better when the Timers would be activated in HA and Not only on the PE (or other devices) that way it could be possible to Trigger light or anything Else with timers

It's impossible with current structure. Timer should be entity - but entities cannot be created and destroyed as you go - unlike timers on device, that you can have several running.
