what does it mean when allow login isnt toggled on here? pretty sure my users have a functional has instance logged in on their device

This is more of a question to the frontend rather than the app. Login let's you login really by letting you create a password for the user account

the site says this, but i know these users have logins because they are logged in on their phones and the allow login is toggled off for them.
