Transfer to PC - power button function?

After transferring my Home Assistant instance (HAOS) from my Green to an ex-windows PC, will the PC's power button functions be the same as the HA Green (ie 6 seconds soft shutdown, 12 seconds hard) or still set to what it was on the original (Windows) OS?

I think just a single momentary press initiates a soft shutdown

and standard bios is hold for 4 seconds to hard power off
