I'm pretty sure that's the same device someone asked about last week on the forums. As I stated there, it looks like they just copied the Sonoff Dongle-E's information, even where it's obviously incorrect... so you can't really trust that the other claims are true.

Looks like the ZB GW-04. It's on the not recommended list: https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/guide/adapters/emberznet.html#not-recommended
I'd recommend a SLZB one with ethernet.
