sounds like you are looking for a unicorn
you can get 1600lm but not in color for a bit more than that price. With color even more but then also the color mode is usually just around 1100lm

@night sun I ordered these two to try. I have no idea how well they'll work with Home Assistant though. It's hard to find good information on that.
Those are both tuya cloud wifi bulbs
Id not bet on them working nicely even tho bulbs somewhat end up working with the available integrations. It's a bit of luck based

If I lower the lumen requirement to 1100-1200 will I find better options? What service/brand should I look for? @night sun
Also, @night sun, those bulbs are Matter compatible does that make any difference?
You could have a look at Wiz bulbs. They are fairly alright in that range for wifi.
I haven't tested matter yet, can't tell really
