Hey everyone. I've got some trouble with a zigbee device of mine. I had it integrated, but it stopped updating properly and failed to reconfigure, so I removed it and tried to re-add it. The scan process finds the device and identifies it correctly, but it stops at the stage where it says "interview complete" in the blue box. I never get the green box that signifies successful integration of a new device. How can I get out of this mess?
#Unable to re-add zigbee device

I've tried again now with a brand-new zigbee device, and I have the same problem. Does anyone know what's going on here? And yes, I did restart my instance in the meantime.
I tried with a Sonoff ZBMINI1, that one worked, but for the BADRING water leakage sensor and the Sonoff SNZB-05P, still no dice. Anyone? I'm out of ideas here...
ive updated my sonoff coordinator and was able to get out of the add device loop. running into an issue where i can only add devices to the main coordinator now though. try adding them close to your coordinator.
Did you ever get the SNZB-05P working. I finally got mine to pair to a nearby repeater. When it go to the blue box I started momentarily pressing the reset/pair button to keep it alive. So far it has worked the last two days. I have two of them, the first one never had any issues. The second was creating a Checkin every 12 minutes in the log and I was getting an error in homeassistant.log. The second time I had better luck connecting to a repeater.
Did you tried the "I" and rescan buttons close to the device?
Can you look in the logs? In Z2M UI change log to debug the go to the add-on and look at logs making a search on youyr device
Which coordinator do you have and what FW version did you go from/to? Thanks!
