#IKEA Zigbee Devices stuck on "Configuring"

I have an IKEA STYRBAR and 2 RODRET switches. I did initially get the STYRBAR connected after a few attempts, but it wouldn't work. I setup an automation so that when a button was pressed, it would turn my lights on, but nothing happened. I never saw any logs whenever I pressed a button. I've reset it and I'm trying to pair it again, but it's getting stuck on "configuring". I got one of the RODRETs out of the box and this is also failing to pair (it has never been paired)

I have 2 Sonoff Temperature/Humidity Sensors with displays, and both of those paired very quickly and work fine.
