There's nothing to click and I don't know what to do, I'm trying to make an automation to turn on my Bedroom Lights Group

Can you try restarting your home assistant. I've seen this come up occasionally but never really saw a root cause for it. Sometimes the services definition doesn't get formed right.

In every case users report "It just started working again on its own", but I'm not sure exactly what they did to fix it.

Also after it restarts reload the browser page.

i've already restarted as part of a HAOS update, and reloaded the page a good few times. I'll try specifically restarting the server.
