#Flashed ZigBee Dongle Leaves Network

I replaced my Sonoff ZBDongle-P and flashed it to act as a router using the below command:
\cc2538-bsl-main> python cc2538_bsl.py -p COM4 -e -v -w --ieee-address 5decaf0dbec6 --bootloader-sonoff-usb CC1352P2_CC2652P_launchpad_router_20221102.hex
As I changed the IEEE on the new coordinator to match the old one, I changed it to a randomly generated one to hopefully avoid issues.
Plugging the newly flashed device in and enabling pairing in Zigbee2MQTT seems fine, it happily interviews, succeeds, and then several seconds later, it leaves the network. After a minute or so it interviews again and continues the cycle.

Can anyone suggest anything? I've tried reflashing numerous times and I've tried an alternative power source in case that was causing any sort of instability.
